Where to Use

  • Natural Gas Sampling: Upstream of an analyzer as a standalone component or part of a conditioning system

The Welker I-Series Instrument Regulators maintain downstream pressure control in analytical, process, sampling, or injection systems to protect sensitive equipment from costly damage. These instrument regulators are spring-loaded pressure-reducing valves designed to reduce a higher pressure filtered pneumatic supply to a lower outlet pressure safe for downstream instrumentation.

Features

  • Diaphragm-Sensing
  • Adjustable Output Pressure
  • 40-micron Filtration
  • Replaceable Cartridge Assembly
  • Dual Inlet and Outlet Ports
  • Corrosion-Resistant for Improved Longevity

Benefits

  • Increased Low-Pressure Sensitivity
  • Locknut Prevents Setting From Changing Due to Vibration
  • Protect Downstream Equipment and Lengthen Regulator’s Operational Life
  • Simple Maintenance Requiring Little Downtime
  • Select Accessory Arrangement Best Suited for the Installation and Application
  • Corrosion-Resistant for Improved Longevity
