Pre-charge the CPCCP with an inert gas to collect samples at pipeline pressure. No pressure drop during sample collection protects against phase change and ensures sample integrity. Without allowing shrinkage, you can be sure your basic sediment and water (BS&W) and density measurements are accurate and not overstated.
Built into the product chamber, the circulation pump eliminates dead volumes and reduces the risk of cross‑contamination. The turbulent mixing action homogenizes your composite sample for representative subsamples. Safely use the CPCCP in hazardous locations and areas with extreme ambient conditions thanks to the non‑electrical pneumatic motor.
Both ends of the CPCCP come equipped with valves, gauges, and pressure relieving devices. These safety measures allow the operator to control and monitor the cylinder pressure and prevent the cylinder from overpressurizing.
