Contain your light liquids with confidence and at pipeline pressure.
The LS-ACE is a constant pressure sample container designed to be used in live unstable crude oil and light liquid NGLs. With its impeller mixing system and integral N2 pre-charge gas chamber, the LS-ACE can maintain sample quality and keep samples at pipeline pressure.
Light Liquid Composite Sampling
Composite sampling of light liquid products where more than one subsample is required.
Custody Transfer Applications
Sampling applications requiring multiple subsamples for buyer, seller, and third-party laboratory analysis.
Product Quality Analysis
Refined product sampling for Reid vapor pressure, octane, composition, and other quality tests.
Complies With:
Resources
Integral N2 Pre-Charge Gas Chamber
Ensures that the collected samples are maintained at pipeline pressure.
Impeller Mixing System
Provides a uniform mixture before withdrawal to maintain a homogeneous sample.
Sight Glass
On-site visual of the true volume of the lower liquid chamber.
Diverse Mixing Power Options
Mixes sample contents using a pneumatic or optional electric motor.
Removable Mixing Assembly
Allows for easy maintenance on or off-site.
Level Indicator
