Robert H. Welker founded the company as a one-man operation, inventing and building devices to solve real problems for the oil and gas industry. That instinct — build the thing that doesn't exist yet, then build it better — never left the company.
Decades later, Welker is a manufacturing leader with a global team, still designing, machining, and testing under one roof in Sugar Land, Texas, and still adding new patents every year.
