Digital Web Specialist (WordPress & Elementor Pro)

The ideal candidate has strong WordPress and Elementor Pro experience, a solid understanding of HTML and CSS, and a passion for creating engaging digital experiences that support business growth. This individual will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales teams to ensure the website remains a valuable marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement tool.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management & Content Development

• Manage and maintain the company WordPress website.
• Create, update, and optimize website pages using Elementor Pro.
• Publish and maintain website content, including product pages, landing pages, blogs, news articles, events, and resource materials.
• Ensure website content remains accurate, current, and aligned with company branding standards.
• Maintain website navigation, page hierarchy, and overall user experience.
• Coordinate website content updates with internal stakeholders.

Marketing & Lead Generation Support

• Develop landing pages and digital content to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Create and manage forms, calls-to-action, downloadable resources, and lead-generation assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve website conversion rates and lead quality.
• Implement and maintain SEO best practices for website content and page structure.
• Support email marketing, campaigns, and content promotion efforts through website updates and enhancements.

Front-End Development & Website Optimization

• Build and modify page layouts using Elementor Pro.
• Implement design enhancements and customizations using HTML and CSS.
• Ensure website pages are responsive and optimized across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website layout, usability, and functionality issues.
• Test and validate website updates prior to publication.
• Coordinate with hosting providers, vendors, and third-party developers when technical support is required.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and related reporting tools.
• Track website engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, content effectiveness, and conversion performance.
• Provide recommendations for website enhancements based on analytics and best practices.
• Support implementation and maintenance of website tracking and reporting tools.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing and maintaining WordPress websites.
• Demonstrated experience using Elementor Pro for website development and content management.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Experience creating and maintaining responsive website layouts.
• Strong understanding of website usability, user experience, and content management principles.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and website performance reporting.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with WordPress user permissions, themes, and plugin management.
