Compact piston-sensing pressure regulation for air, hydrogen, and light gas applications
The Welker ISPE Instrument Regulator is a cost-effective piston-sensing pressure regulator designed to reduce air, hydrogen, and light gas pressure to a safe outlet pressure for downstream pneumatic instruments and equipment. Suitable as a standalone pressure control device or part of an instrumentation conditioning system, the ISPE supports air compressors, generators, instrumentation panels, hydrogen research, hydrogen production, transportation, storage, and utilization applications. With a compact lightweight design, multiple flow coefficients, multiple pressure control ranges, flexible port configurations, and simple maintenance, the ISPE helps protect sensitive equipment from costly pressure-related damage and interruptions.
Pneumatic Instrument Pressure Control
Upstream of sensitive pneumatic instruments as a standalone regulator or part of a conditioning system.
Air Compressors, Generators, and Instrumentation Panels
Pressure reduction for air and light gas applications where stable outlet pressure helps protect downstream equipment.
Hydrogen Pressure Regulation
Hydrogen production, transportation, storage, utilization, research institute, and laboratory applications requiring safe pressure reduction.
Resources
Piston-Sensing Design
Regulates higher inlet pressures with minimal flow droop for dependable outlet pressure control.
Compact, Lightweight Construction
Fits small enclosures, portable systems, and on-vehicle applications where space and weight matter.
Multiple Flow Coefficients and Pressure Control Ranges
Adapts to different downstream equipment requirements and application conditions.
Flexible Port Configuration
Allows operators to select the accessory arrangement best suited for the installation.
Simple Maintenance
Requires no special tools and helps reduce downtime during service.
