The Welker Checkpoint™ Sample Bite Verification Panel is designed for automatic liquid sampling systems that require convenient sample grab size confirmation, sampler performance monitoring, and overpressure protection. By allowing operators to verify actual sample volume settings and check repeatability for adjustable or non-adjustable samplers, Checkpoint™ helps improve batch sampling frequency, reduce sample bias, and validate crude oil or liquid hydrocarbon sampling system performance. With a quick-connect outlet and tubing, outlet check valve, pressure switch with externally adjustable relief valve, and modular panel configurations, Checkpoint™ provides a simple upgrade for new or existing automatic sampling systems.
