Precise hydrogen injection for natural gas blending and decarbonization goals.
The Welker ECOsystem™ Hydrogen Injection System is designed to inject precise volumes of hydrogen into natural gas pipelines for controlled hydrogen blending, emissions reduction, and infrastructure protection. Built for natural gas utilities, research institutes, laboratories, and applications where gas is injected into a lower-pressure process stream, the ECOsystem™ automatically adjusts injection rate to changing flow conditions for continuous proportional-to-flow hydrogen injection. With few moving parts, remote monitoring via Modbus or Ethernet, microSD audit trail and alarm logging, injection gas filtration, and operational redundancy, the ECOsystem™ supports reliable hydrogen blending for energy transition and decarbonization projects.
Hydrogen Blending Into Natural Gas Pipelines
Controlled hydrogen injection for natural gas utilities, research institutes, laboratories, and energy transition projects.
Lower-Pressure Process Gas Injection
Gas injection applications where hydrogen or another gas must be injected into a lower-pressure process fluid.
Decarbonization and ESG Projects
Supports emissions reduction goals by helping operators achieve targeted hydrogen concentrations in natural gas pipelines.
Few Moving Parts
Helps reduce maintenance requirements and supports long-term system reliability.
Automatic Proportional-to-Flow Injection
Adjusts the hydrogen injection rate as flow conditions change to help maintain the desired hydrogen concentration.
Remote Monitoring Using Modbus or Ethernet
Supports off-site system monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational visibility.
Audit Trail and Alarm Log on microSD Card
Stores time- and date-stamped historical records for reporting, planning, and maintenance scheduling.
Welker F-9 Injection Gas Filter
Removes contaminants from the injection gas to help extend operational life and improve system reliability.
Operational Redundancy
elps limit interruptions to hydrogen injection and maintain dependable blending performance.
