Field-proven main line isokinetic sampling for accurate crude oil custody transfer measurement
The Welker inFlow™ Crude Oil Sampler is a field-proven main line isokinetic sample extractor designed to collect accurate, reliable, and repeatable composite samples of crude oil, condensate, and other liquid hydrocarbons. Inserted into the center one-third of a conditioned pipeline, the inFlow™ supports representative sampling for custody transfer, transmission pipelines, and high-speed short-batch applications. With adjustable insertion length, manual or automatic insertion, fixed or adjustable positive displacement collection heads, a Welker Volume Eliminator, inline relief, optional sand reliefs, and optional Welker Purge Tube, the inFlow™ helps maintain sample integrity while reducing retention, cross-contamination, and costly pipeline shutdowns.

Double-Acting Piston Motor
Provides the power needed to sample high-viscosity crude oil and liquid hydrocarbons.

Allows the shaft to be inserted and retracted under reduced or full pipeline pressure.
Adjustable Insertion Length
Helps reach the center third of multiple pipeline diameters for representative isokinetic sample collection.
Fixed or Adjustable Volume Positive Displacement Collection Heads
Captures and fully pushes sample grabs to the sample container for complete composite sample collection.
Welker Volume Eliminator
Minimizes sample retention and keeps residual product inside the sampler to a minimum.
Collection Head With Inline Relief
Helps prevent collected samples from flowing back into the pipeline if pipeline pressure drops.
Optional Sand Reliefs
Supports sampling of products containing BS&W while helping reduce additional wear.
Optional Welker Purge Tube
Purges trapped liquid from the collection head to the sample container to support a complete composite sample and reduce batch cross-contamination.
