Compact bypass sampling for repeatable crude oil and refined hydrocarbon composite samples
The Welker inLoop™ ACE Crude Oil Sampler is designed for bypass composite sampling of light and medium crude oil and refined hydrocarbons. Ideal for bypass sampling systems, sample lines up to 1 inch, and high-speed short-batch sampling, the inLoop™ ACE collects repeatable, representative samples using a 0.5–5 cc collection head and externally adjustable sample volume. With durable 316/316L stainless steel wetted parts, coated shaft and sealing surfaces, check valves designed to capture the complete product makeup, optional purge, optional VCO process connection, and optional mounting bracket, the inLoop™ ACE supports reliable liquid hydrocarbon sampling in compact or retrofit installations.
