Automatic insertion and pressure regulation for real-time natural gas analyzer sampling
The Welker IRA Automatic Insertion Probe Regulator combines sample extraction and pressure regulation in one device for real-time natural gas analyzer sampling. Designed for high-volume natural gas pipelines with a full port isolation valve, the IRA delivers a continuous representative sample stream at the proper analyzer pressure while allowing insertion and retraction at full pipeline pressure. With adjustable insertion depth, regulation at the probe tip, low line pack, diaphragm control, and AI Control™ safety, the IRA helps reduce lag time, mitigate Joule-Thomson cooling, and protect sensitive analytical equipment.
