LE-2SSKO

Probe-mounted liquid elimination for wet natural gas analyzer protection

The Welker LE-2SSKO Probe-Mounted Liquid Eliminator is designed for wet natural gas sampling applications where free liquids must be removed before reaching the analyzer. Installed upstream of an analyzer as a standalone component or part of a sample conditioning system, the LE-2SSKO knocks free liquids out of the sample stream and returns them to the pipeline to help prevent analyzer contamination, costly damage, and operational shutdowns. With integrated liquid and sediment filtration, a liquid-eliminating chamber, self-draining design, Knock-Out Probe™, optional x-Wave™ Probe Tip, and optional Welker Regulator or Heated Regulator, the LE-2SSKO provides a strong first step in analyzer defense and natural gas sample conditioning.

Where to Use

Wet Natural Gas Sampling

Upstream of an analyzer as a standalone liquid eliminator or part of a sample conditioning system to remove free liquids from wet gas samples.

Analyzer Protection

Helps prevent liquids and particulates from reaching gas chromatographs, analyzers, and downstream analytical equipment.

Complies With:

API 14.1 GPA 2166 ISO 10715 AGA Manual

Integrated Liquid and Sediment Filtration

Helps prevent free liquids and particulates from reaching the analyzer.

Liquid-Eliminating Chamber

Separates unwanted liquid from the gas sample stream to support cleaner analysis.

Self-Draining Design

Helps remove collected liquids from the sample path for continued operation.

Knock-Out Probe™

Removes free liquids at the pipeline connection before they can enter the sample system.

Optional x-Wave™ Probe Tip

Helps prevent liquid waves from flooding the separator during variable wet gas flow conditions.

Optional Regulator or Heated Regulator

Reduces pressure and adds heat when needed to help prevent sample distortion and condensation.
