Manual liquid removal for wet gas and instrument supply protection
The Welker MLD-1 Manual Liquid Dump is designed to separate aerosols and free liquids from wet natural gas or instrument air supply streams before they reach downstream instrumentation. As gas flows through the MLD-1, an internal coalescer separates liquids from the stream, allowing them to collect at the bottom until drained by an operator. Used anywhere liquid slugs or free liquids accumulate, or as part of a CleanFlow™ system upstream of pneumatic instruments and actuated equipment, the MLD-1 helps protect sensitive instrumentation from liquid damage, contamination, and maintenance issues.
Liquid Removal
Anywhere liquids slugs or free liquids accumulate and need to be removed.
CleanFlow™ Systems
Sampling, conditioning, or injection systems where compact filtration is needed at elevated pressure.
Internal Coalescer
Separates aerosols and free liquids from wet gas before they reach downstream instruments.
Replaceable Coalescing Element
Supports continued liquid removal performance with serviceable filtration media.
Manual Drain Operation
Allows operators to remove collected liquids as needed during routine maintenance.
