The Welker Steam Cleaner is a laboratory sample cylinder cleaning system designed to remove residual impurities from multiple non-passivated, double-ended sample cylinders before sample collection. Built for natural gas and hydrocarbon sampling programs, the Steam Cleaner uses wet steam to dissolve and flush contaminants, dry steam to bake away remaining residue, and a vacuum pump to void cylinders before use. With dual manifolds, multi-cylinder capacity, steam traps, and optional Welker Sight Glasses, the system helps improve sample accuracy, reduce contamination risk, and save time by cleaning multiple sample cylinders at once.
