The Welker WelMix™ is an external pipeline dynamic mixing system designed to uniformly mix crude oil and liquid hydrocarbons during custody transfer, tank loading, tank unloading, and large pipeline operations. Engineered for minimal pressure drop, high-flow performance, and non-intrusive installation, the WelMix™ recirculates a fraction of process fluid and disperses water and stratified components for more representative sampling. With integrated sampler probe capability, compact footprint, high-speed WelMix™ injection technology, broad 8-inch to 42-inch pipeline compatibility, multiple AC power options, optional VFD compatibility, and API 8.2 compliance, WelMix™ helps improve sample integrity in demanding pipeline applications.
